Refunds and replacements
Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund or a replacement of their purchase if goods are faulty or broken. If this is the case we need to be notified and have the goods returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
Upon receipt of goods Freckles For Kids will undertake an evaluation in conjunction with the supplier or manufacturer, and if the item is deemed faulty we will with endeavour to replace the item, and if this is not possible we will issue a refund.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement on a faulty item, we will require all the original packaging, as well as proof of purchase.
Please note we DO NOT offer refunds for “change of mind" purchases.
We are happy to exchange items within two weeks of the purchase date. All items must be accompanied with a receipt, must be unused and in the original packaging. If you are unable to exchange your item in store, you will be responsible for postage of both the returning item and the replacement.
For purchases made in store we can also issue a store credit that is valid for 28 days.
Unless faulty, all transactions on sale items are final. No exchanges or store credits will be offered.
Goods lost or damaged in transit
In the rare event that your goods are damaged or lost during transit/delivery, Freckles for Kids takes no responsibility for this, and therefore we will not replace or refund you for these items. Claims can be made through the courier service or through Australia Post, depending on how it was sent.
